Already complete, Phase I includes 211 homes, varying from The Reserve Apartments to larger Estate homes, all situated on 27 acres. Phase II will add 270 homes on 42 acres, while Phase III will add 213 homes on 40 acres. The current Phase IIA plan will include 5 Estate homes, 19 Village homes, 10 Cottage homes, 13 Craftsman homes, 9 townhomes and 8 condominium Manor Flats units.
