The Neighborhood Association

Governed by a Neighborhood Association, which all residents are members of, Summerset at Frick Park offers a range of services to maintain common areas, sidewalks, town homes, rental and condominium properties. Monthly fees cover snow removal in private alleys, landscaping and cleaning of the mini-parks, Clubhouse and swimming pool operating costs and insurance. We also offer exterior maintenance-free living for our town home, condominium and apartment residents. Monthly fees vary depending on home type and are subject to change.

Currently, monthly fees are:

• Craftsmen Homes — $45 per month
• Cottage Homes — $45 per month
• Village Homes — $60 per month
• Estate Homes — $75 per month

Fees listed above only cover the cost to maintain all Association-owned property and provide access to amenities. Homeowners are required to maintain their own yards and sidewalks.

• Town home — $213per month

The fee covers landscape and snow removal services as well as all other exterior maintenance services and offers the town home owner complete exterior maintenance-free living.

• Condominium — Fees range from $190 to $350 per month
• For Reserve at Summerset residents the Association fees are included in their monthly rent
