Summerset at Frick Park Opens Sales Center and Releases Phase 2A Homes

Summerset Land Development Associates will host a presentation of new home designs for the next phase of the Summerset at Frick Park project at their new sales center. The presentation will take place at 4:30 PM on Friday, September 7, 2007.

Phase 1 of the project is nearing completion with only 1 lot remaining to sell along with 16 units in the Crescent Court Condominium which was completed in March of this year. Phase 1 includes the 36 unit Crescent Court Condominium, the 40 rental unit Reserve at Summerset and 123 homes and town homes. The road and infrastructure work is now completed for the next phase (2A) and builders are ready to start residential construction. The presentation is an opportunity to showcase all of the home products being offered including several new options. “We are excited about continuing the success we have experienced with the variety of homes and living options we have offered in our first phase and have created new options to respond to the market. Late this spring we quietly reached out to our waiting list of individuals that we have complied over the years and already have 10 homes under agreement for sale and another 10 close at hand” said Craig Dunham, Principal of The Rubinoff Company and managing partner of Summerset Land Development Associates, the community’s developer.

The current phase (2A) includes 46 lots with a variety of single family and town home options. The popular Cottage, Village and Estate models have been updated and are available. The Village Grant model has been added and is a 3 bedroom, 2,470 square foot plan with a base price of $460,000. New to this phase is the Craftsman home, of which there are three types: Albany, Chester and Bellefonte. All include 2 bedrooms, with the Chester having a study, and range from 1,520 to 1,768 square feet with base prices ranging between $298,000 and $329,900.

The new sales center which is located in the heart of the community adjacent to the pool and community center building provides the opportunity for prospective residents to learn about the unique features of the overall community as well as a specific home option.
