Summerset Land Development Associates is a partnership of the following local and national companies. In addition, the development team has worked in direct partnership with the City of Pittsburgh's Urban Redevelopment Authority to deliver a vision for the former Nine Mile Run. Together, The Summerset team brings the experience and capability to ensure the successful development of Summerset at Frick Park.
