Construction of the Craftsmen homes requires approximately 45 days and Cottage Homes require approximately two to three months. Village and Town home construction lasts approximately seven months from the receipt of building permit, while Estate Homes require approximately nine months to construct. These schedules are weather dependant.

There has been significant interest in single-family homes designed with first floor master bedrooms. All Summerset detached home styles (Cottages, Villages, Estates and Town homes) have a first floor master option. We also offer single story living in condominiums.

Baseball fields are contemplated as part of Phase III. The half-basketball court and play area behind the Clubhouse parking lot should be completed by Summer 2008.

The building adjacent to the Clubhouse is planned as a commercial space. It will be used as a sales office for the development at least through Phase II. Retail and commercial sites are being planned at the Browns Hill entrance.
